Last week, we were delighted to welcome numerous customers from the network operator sector to our traditional Network Operator Forum in Berlin. Over the course of two days, the focus was on the latest developments in cpX.Energy, as well as on exchanges between participants and joint discussions about the industry's future challenges.
The first day of the event was dedicated to the topic ofartificial intelligence. Following our established “Roundtable Update” session, during which our customers shared insights into their current projects and challenges, specific applications of AI in the cpX.Energy environment were explored and discussed, including the Sopra Steria AI platform Autonyx, the Model Context Protocol (MCP), and an interactive workshop.
On the second day, discussions focused on the latest developments in hydrogen and the cpX.Energy roadmap. The strong interest and active participation clearly demonstrated that many customers are eager to take the next step toward implementing hydrogen-related processes together. A joint kick-off is already scheduled for October.
In addition, the agenda covered a wide range of other topics, including customer reports, current developments, and updates from operations and the business modules. The program concluded with a technical deep dive into the interaction between 15-minute and 1-hour data values.
