Modernised GAS-X ZFA 4.0 goes into operation at German grid operator E.ON

| minute read

Significant reduction in processing time, increase in degree of automation, minimisation of error susceptibility and improvement in monitoring - these are the crucial points of the new ZFA 4.0 installation, which is now in operation for E.ON subsidiaries Westnetz, Avacon, HanseWerk, Bayernwerk and EDIS.

Several thousand requests per hour followed by integrated energy quantity determination processes are the hallmarks of one of the largest German ZFA installations. If data from a station is not transmitted to GAS-X ZFA 4.0, it is very likely that there is a malfunction in the station or a master data error. This is where the integration of GAS-X incident management features comes into play. With just a few clicks, a ticket can be generated for unsuccessful requests, which triggers a dedicated incident resolution workflow.

However, it is not only the performance and data quality of ZFA 4.0 that are convincing but also the finely differentiated monitoring concept: With the new ZFA dashboard, the most important key figures on performance, data quality and availability of retrieval servers are displayed in informative charts. This overview provides easy access to all the specialised data and monitoring components, where users can analyse errors and create incident tickets.
