Last week, Gasunie Deutschland successfully completed the migration of all of its gas market processes to a new uniform system platform. The consolidation became necessary in order to meet the increased process requirements (e.g. regarding the Virtual Interconnection Points) in the future.
In the last two years, the processes in energy volume calculation as well as in capacity marketing and commercial dispatching have been restructured in GAS-X.
A large part of the joint project with Gasunie was carried out in an agile approach, which also proved its worth in corona-related difficult conditions.
