ComBine, a joint project of German energy companies innogy SE and RWE Supply & Trading GmbH, has reached a major milestone. In January, both companies went live with ENER-GX to invoice highly complex multi-commodity contracts. ENER-GX is highly flexible and provides a wide range of configuration options. As a result, ENER-GX can handle both individual and standardised energy supply contracts from different sectors. ENER-GX significantly increases the companies’ process efficiency while covering the latest developments in the energy market. The software is multi-lingual and supports multi-currency scenarios, making it a perfect fit for international markets.
ENER-GX relies on a modern system architecture and brings the tools required for corporate digitalisation and cloud first strategies. RWE Supply & Trading runs the system in an Amazon Web Services cloud.
The project team reached the ambitious project milestone on time and on budget not least thanks to the close cooperation of all project partners.
