cpX.Energy is the result of the continuous development of our on-premises solutions, which have been established on the market for many years. In recent years, cpX.Energy has transformed into a modern SaaS platform model.
All business processes for transmission system operators were successfully integrated into cpX.Energy: Capacity management, nomination, matching and congestion management, transport allocation, contract billing and data transparency obligations.
After nearly a year of intensive project work and a succesfully completed parallel phase, the results are clear: Our setup is not only stable, but also highly resilient. The innovative process model that made this successful go-live possible in the first place deserves particular attention.
Fully duplicating all inbound interfaces allowed for the realisation of a productive parallel phase. This enabled a comprehensive comparion of all result data between the legacy and new system under real conditions and reduced the actual go-live process to simply switching interfaces - quickly, securely and without interruptions.
After successfully establishing the processes for natural gas, we are currently working on the functional extension for the future transport of hydrogen. The relevant processes have already been adapted, particularily in the area of metering data processing.
