As a hybrid event, the kick-off of the 1. Report Forum was held by Sopra Steria, providing a platform for 17 participating transport network operators and traders to share their experiences, difficulties and expectations with the Report module. The meeting of about 40 participants was initiated by Sopra Steria to gather direct feedback from users and shape future developments of the module in line with customer needs: Together with the user group, the report module is to be designed to be efficient and user-friendly.
Sopra Steria's executives presented the latest developments and provided insights into future planned innovations and features. This event thus fits seamlessly and successfully into Sopra Steria's customer events, helping to strengthen the partnership with the users of the cpX.Energy platform in order to jointly develop successful and user-accepted solutions.
